The article outlines the new features and improvements in the Ideagen Mazlan Home 10.1.0 release, available from 5 August 2026.
Features
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) authenticator apps
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via authenticator apps is now available. Once an organisation activates authenticator apps MFA, it is enforced for all internal users within that organisation.
Language settings: translation overrides
Tenant administrators can now override Mazlan Home's default translations (French, Italian, Spanish) directly from the Admin Console, with each text string showing where it appears in Mazlan Home, its default text, and an editable override alongside a Default/Overridden status and one-click reset.
Regulatory Intelligence widget
The Mazlan Regulatory Intelligence AI assistant widget now supports voice input, dictation, and conversation history. Worth noting that Mazlan can respond in any language, not just the supported languages for the user interface. Just ask your question in the language you want and Mazlan will reply in kind.
Additionally, the option to attach and generate documents is available to certain customers on Customer Success Plans. Feel free to reach out to your account manager for more details.
Other updates
Ideagen Hub renamed to Mazlan Home
All user-facing references to "Ideagen Hub" have been renamed to "Mazlan Home", including user interface text, navigation, labels, email notifications, and in-app guidance. Changes to connected apps will roll out separately, with timelines varying by app.
Translation improvements
The French and Spanish UI translations have been refreshed with more accurate translations, following the initial beta release of Multi-lingual UI support.
Audit Trail Report
Audit trail report now includes the report generation date and time. The timezone label has also been updated from a UTC offset to the standard IANA format (e.g. Europe/London), which stays accurate across daylight saving changes rather than showing a fixed offset.
Fixes
Fixed inconsistent sign-in user interface for users with e-sign and MFA email enabled, compared to those without.
