1. Features

User Management selective user sync

Administrators can now sync selected users, complementing the existing Sync All option.

You usually do not need to trigger user sync manually because it runs automatically when you create or edit a user. However, user sync assists troubleshooting and reconciliation if users appear out of sync between Ideagen Hub and integrated apps.

User Management app/instance filtering

Administrators now have the option to filter the user list by apps and instances to view only the user groups you manage before performing further actions.

Welcome email settings enhancement

A new option is available to send welcome emails as "No users, send all emails on demand". When this option is selected, Hub will not send any welcome emails automatically.

Administrators can trigger welcome email on-demand via User Management or handle the communications externally.

2. Fixes

• Home page greeting is displayed based on user's profile time zone.
• Notification dates and times is displayed based on user's profile time zone.

• Home page widgets are automatically resized and repositioned to ensure optimal display across different screen resolutions.
