Resetting passwords for users

Administrators responsible for managing users.
Tenant Administrator role is required.
If a user loses access to their account and are unable to change their account password, they can still reset it to regain access.
This article shows you how you can help your users reset their password they sign in with if they do not currently have access to their account. For customers who received a temporary password in email, these steps outlined will only work if they have previously signed in to Mazlan Home. Otherwise, please contact us to reset their account.
Resetting a user password
Email MFA enabled
Important
In release 10.0.0, for organisations with email MFA enabled, the "Forgot your password?" option has been removed from the Mazlan Home sign-in screen. Users now need to request a password reset from their tenant administrator.
To reset a user password:
- Sign in as a Tenant Administrator.
- Open the Admin Console.
- Select User management.
- Identify the user who needs a password reset.
- Click the three-dot menu next to their name.
- Select Reset Password.
If you are a tenant administrator and you are unable to sign in to your account, you will need to open a ticket with us for a break glass account.
