Changing your password in Ideagen Hub

Users using Hub native authentication.
No special access or permissions are required.
To help keep your account secure, you may want to periodically change your account password.
This article shows you where you can update the password you sign in with if you currently have access to your account.
1. Changing a password
To change the password:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right of the screen.
- Select Settings.
- Navigate to the Account section.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your Current password.
- Provide a New password.
You will need to confirm it in the Confirm new password field. - Click Save changes.
By default, your password must:
- be at least 8 characters long.
- include at least one lowercase letter.
- include at least one uppercase letter.
- include at least one number.
- include at least one special character (e.g., @, #, $, etc.).
This may vary depending on your organization's settings. If your password does not meet the specific requirements set by your organization, you will see an error message.
Attempting to change your password more than 10 times will result in an error. If you encounter this error, wait an hour before trying again.
