Users using Mazlan Home's internal authentication, not external or corporate Single Sign-On.

No special access or permissions needed.

For better security, consider changing your account password regularly. This article explains how to update your password if you can currently access your account.

Changing a password

Pre-release 10.0.0

To change the password:

1. Click your profile icon in the top-right of the screen.

2. Select Settings.

3. Navigate to the Account section.
4. Click Change password.

5. Enter your Current password.
6. Enter a New password.
   Your new password must:
   • contain a lower case letter
   • contain an upper case letter
   • contain a number
   • contain at least 8 characters
   • contain a special character or a space
   • not contain a leading or trailing space
7. You will need to confirm it in the Confirm new password field.
8. Click Save changes.

Important

Changing your password more than 5 times in an hour causes an error. Please wait an hour before retrying.

Post-release 10.0.0

For users with email MFA enabled, the button has been replaced with Reset Password button.

Users can now self-reset their password using the temporary password flow instead.
