Accessing solution support resources

Users looking to access solution support resources through Ideagen Hub.
No special access or permissions are required.
If you have a question or issue relating to Ideagen Hub and the integrated apps, you can access all areas of Ideagen Luminate, our customer experience portal, directly from the Hub interface.
This article shows you where you can access these options.
1. Accessing Community
To access Community forums:
- Visit the Home page.
- Scroll down to the Luminate section.

Click Community.
You will be redirected to Luminate Community.
If it is your first time signing in to Community, you will be asked to set a username and accept the terms of use.
Once signed in, find the Ideagen solution relevant to your organisation to access its forums.
2. Accessing Help
To access Help centres:
- Visit the Home page.
- Scroll down to the Luminate section.
- Click Help.
You will be redirected to Luminate Help.
Once there, find the Ideagen solution relevant to your organisation to access its resources.
3. Accessing Support
To access Support tools:
- Visit the Home page.
- Scroll down to the Luminate section.

You will be redirected to Luminate Support.
Once signed in, find the Ideagen solution relevant to your organisation to access its support tools.
