The article outlines the new features and improvements in the Ideagen Mazlan Home 11.1.0 release, available from 27 October 2026.
Features
Username change
User import supports a NewUsername column for bulk username updates. The import CSV template and guidance on the columns have been updated to match.
Depending on your communication settings, users may receive a new welcome email after their username changes. For organisations and users using multi-factor authentication with the authenticator app, users are notified to re-enroll their authenticator app (TOTP).
Automated user import (customer-initiated)
You can now automatically import users into Mazlan Home by delivering user files via a secure file transfer.
Tenant administrators can manage the setup from Admin Console, Settings, Automated user import settings as follows:
- The settings page displays the SFTP hostname.
- SSH Keys: Add an SFTP username and upload a public key (.pub file) to connect to the SFTP server.
- SFTP credentials: Enable SFTP username and password credentials as an alternative to SSH keys.
- Email settings: Configure the recipients who receive failure notifications for the imports.
For full details see Automating User Imports.
SCIM for External Identity Providers (IdP)
Customers with Okta or Entra ID set up as identity providers can now manage Mazlan Home users using SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management, an open standard for automating the exchange and lifecycle management of user identities across different systems). The identity provider can then create, update, delete users and groups in Mazlan Home automatically.
Tenant Administrators can manage the SCIM setup from Admin Console, Settings, Security Centre, SCIM Configuration as follows:
- The SCIM configuration page shows the connection details including the base URL, token endpoint, authentication method and OAuth 2.0 client credentials.
- SCIM is enabled or disabled per identity provider.
Sign in URL configuration
On the “Sign in URL Configuration” screen, “Login” has been renamed to “Sign in”.
Multi-lingual UI: four additional languages
Mazlan Home’s multi-lingual support has been expanded beyond the existing 43 languages with 4 additional language packs: Bosnian, Greek, Lithuanian, and Flemish.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue with the product code mismatch so that App Details for Maritime, Regulatory Intelligence, Policy Connect and Safe Trip Builder is no longer greyed out on My Apps.
- Fixed an issue where linking identities failed for users when multiple external identity providers shared the same name with different casing.
