Changing your profile settings

Users looking to change their profile details.
No special access or permissions are required.
While the Administrator is likely to set up your profile when creating your account, you may want to change some of the details down the line.
This article shows you where you can make those updates.
1. Accessing profile settings
To access profile settings:
- Access Ideagen Hub.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right of the screen.
- Select Profile.
- Click Edit profile.
Some fields, such as Company and Works on, cannot be changed as they are set by the Administrator during account creation.
2. Updating profile settings
To update profile settings:
- Make required changes to any of the active fields.
Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. - Click Upload to add a photo of yourself.
Make sure the photo is at least 90 x 90 px. - Click Save changes.
You will see a confirmation message appear on the screen to let you know your updates were saved.
