The article outlines the new features and improvements in the Ideagen Mazlan Home 10.2.0 release, available from 7 September 2026.
Features
Multi-lingual UI: 38 additional languages
Mazlan Home's multi-lingual support has been expanded beyond the initial five languages (UK English, US English, French, Italian and Spanish) with 38 additional language packs.
Tenant Administrators and Support can upload custom translation overrides for the newly added languages from the Admin Console.
Faster, more flexible user search in User Management
Searching by Username, First Name, or Last Name now supports partial (contains) matches, so administrators no longer need to enter an exact match to find a user.
Users can also now be filtered by Role.
Signing certificate now provided in .cer format
The signing certificate download from the External IdP configuration screen is now provided in .cer format instead of .crt format, aligning with the format expected by common identity providers.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where clicking "Save Changes" twice on the Change Password dialog could result in a "Failed to authenticate user" error.
- Users with the Support role no longer receive an error when launching the Mazlan Customer Portal page.
- The product switcher dropdown (top-left) is now correctly ordered and includes a scrollbar for longer lists.
- The Phone Number field on the Create and Edit User screens has been replaced with a country dropdown, along with improved error messages.
- The "Sync all users" option has been removed from User Management. The "Sync to apps" bulk action continues to be available to sync selected users.
- Fixed an issue where users with accounts linked to multiple external identity providers could fail to sign in due to case-sensitivity mismatches between the identity provider's username and the corresponding Mazlan Home account. Single-sign on (SSO) via your corporate ID now works correctly regardless of username case.
