Opening a new Support ticket

1. Submitting tickets
To submit a ticket:
- Access the Support hub.
- Select the solution you need help with.
- Click Open a ticket.
This will take you to the support form.
- Fill out all mandatory fields.
- Add relevant files.
We always recommend that you attach screenshots, videos, or logs that illustrate what you need help with.

- Click Submit.
You should receive an email with a summary of your ticket to the address entered on the form.
