1. Submitting tickets

To submit a ticket:

1. Access the Support hub.

2. Select the solution you need help with.

3. Click Open a ticket.
   This will take you to the support form.

4. Fill out all mandatory fields.

5. Add relevant files.
   We always recommend that you attach screenshots, videos, or logs that illustrate what you need help with.

6. Click Submit.

You should receive an email with a summary of your ticket to the address entered on the form.
