Who is this article for?
Users accessing Ideagen Hub who wants to understand Ideagen terms and conditions
No special access or permissions is required.
Before you can sign in to Ideagen Hub, you'll be asked to review how Ideagen collects and uses your data.
This article covers where you can access our Terms of Use, Data Protection Policy and Privacy Policy, and how you can opt out of certain parts of it.
Accessing policy statements
On sign in
First sign in
When you sign in to Ideagen Hub for the first time, you'll be shown a consent page that explains how we collect and use your data.
On the same page, you will see links to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy for further information.
You can only sign in to Hub by clicking Proceed, which means you are providing your consent to continue.
Subsequent sign ins
Other than the first time you sign in, we will ask for your consent again on the following occasions:
- On subsequent sign in if you have not clicked Proceed previously
- Any time there is change to our terms and conditions
Other methods
Other than on the consent page itself, our policy statements are always accessible in Hub and through direct links.
Ideagen Hub
If you are signed in to Ideagen Hub:
- Open your profile.
- Click About Ideagen.
- Select the policy statement from the list.

Opting out
AI functionalities
You can request to opt out of AI features by opening a support ticket.
Even with AI turned off for your account, the consent page will still ask you to acknowledge that Ideagen Hub uses AI as part of the platform.
