Browsers

Mazlan Home is thoroughly tested and optimised for Microsoft Edge.

Google Chrome, Apple Safari, and Mozilla Firefox are supported but receive limited testing. Please report any browser-specific issues to our Support team.

Private browsing mode

You may have trouble logging into Mazlan Home via inprivate browsing if using a corporate identity provider (External IDP) for Single Sign-On (SSO). The IDP may restrict access in private mode due to security, as trusted sessions from other corporate apps might be unavailable.

If this occurs, contact your IT department to request exceptions, like excluding Mazlan Home from session control or adding its domain to a bypass list.

Email inbox

You'll need access to an active email inbox to complete key actions in the platform.

What Mazlan Home uses email for:

• Account activations - When your Hub account is activated, Mazlan Home may send you a welcome email
• Password resets - If you forget your password, the reset link is sent to your registered email address
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) - If your organisation has enabled email MFA, a one-time code will be sent to your email each time you sign in

Emails from Mazlan Home are sent from app@hub.ideagen.com. If you are not receiving emails from Mazlan Home, contact your IT department to ensure you have permission to receive messages the email domain.
