Ideagen Hub account is required.

To be able to use the features of Ideagen Hub, you have to sign in to your account.

This article shows you where you can find the sign in page and use it to access the Hub.

1. Sign-in methods

Ideagen Hub is transitioning to a username-based sign-in method to allow more flexibility. This change applies only to new customer environments provisioned on or after Hub Release 5.2.

Existing customer environments provisioned before Hub Release 5.2 will continue using email-based login without disruption.

2. Signing in

To sign in:

1. Navigate to Ideagen Hub. 

   Email login screen	Username login screen

2. Enter your Email if you are using an email-based sign-in method.
   Enter your Username if you are using a username-based sign-in method.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Sign in.

You will be taken to the home page for your Hub.
