To be able to use the features of Mazlan Home, you have to sign in to your account.

This article shows you where you can find the sign in page and use it to access Mazlan Home.

Sign-in methods

Mazlan Home has transitioned to a username-based sign-in method to allow more flexibility. This change applies only to new customer environments provisioned on or after Mazlan Home Release 5.2.

Existing customer environments provisioned before Mazlan Home Release 5.2 will continue using email-based login without disruption.

Signing in

You should have received your Mazlan Home login link in a welcome email from Mazlan Home or from your organisation's administrator. 

To sign in:

1. Navigate to Mazlan Home.

2. Enter your Email if you are using an email-based sign-in method.
   Enter your Username if you are using a username-based sign-in method.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click Sign in.
   If Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is turned on for your organisation, you will be prompted to enter an additional verification code that is sent to your email address registered with Mazlan Home.
5. Enter the code.
6. Click Sign in.

You will be taken to the home page for Mazlan Home.
