Administrators who want to enable Home Realm Discovery in Mazlan Home.

Admin Console access is required.

Home Realm Discovery (HRD) offers a simple login page for users with external authentication to access Mazlan Home. Users don’t need to pick the external identity provider before logging in.

This article explains how administrators can turn HRD on for automatic Single Sign-On (SSO) detection.

Enabling HRD

Note

HRD is only applicable if you have more than one identity provider in your organisation.

To enable HRD:

1. Navigate to the Admin Console. 
2. Go to the Security Center.
3. Expand Authentication.
4. Click Configure next to External IDP Configuration.
   You will see a list of all External IDPs configured for your organization.

5. Click Edit next to the provider.
6. Add the Identifier.
   You can configure multiple identifiers by separating them with comma.

Note

Identifiers must be unique email domains for each identity provider within an organisation.

7. Click Apply configuration
8. Continue to add the identifier for all external IdPs.
9. Click Done.

HRD sign-in experience

Once HRD is configured, your Mazlan Home sign-in page should ask for your email address rather than asking you to select a corporate account to sign in.
