Tenant Administrators responsible for managing users in Ideagen Hub.

Admin Console access is required.

Previously, when a user is first created in Ideagen Hub, a temporary password is automatically generated. This password expires within 7 days, and there is a chance that the user did not manage to log in before the password expires.

1. Existing users

Temporary passwords are no longer supported. Admins cannot resend temporary passwords anymore due to security reasons.

2. Workaround

To transition to a password reset link:

1. Deactivate the user.
2. Reactivate the user.

This triggers a new welcome email with the reset link.
