Creating an EHS bowtie diagram

1. Select the Incident Bow-ties assistant to get started.

   

2. Start a conversation and explain your requirement to Mazlan, or start with one of the suggested conversations.

   

3. Provide the information requested by Mazlan to build the bowtie.

   

4. Review and approve the information displayed by Mazlan, then export the findings for sharing or filing in your Ideagen solution.
