Resending a welcome email when the password reset link has expired

Administrators needing to resend welcome emails.
Administrator permissions are required.
When a user receives their welcome email, the password reset link remains valid for seven days. If they do not use the link within this timeframe, it expires and they cannot set a new password.
This article explains where you can resend the welcome link to provide a fresh password reset link.
Resending a welcome email
To resend a welcome email:
- Navigate to the Admin Console.
- Select User Management.
- Search for the user.
- Click the Send welcome email icon.
This will send the user a new welcome email containing a link valid for another seven days.
