Checking for a welcome email
When your user account is created in Mazlan Home, a welcome email is automatically sent to you. This email contains important information needed to access the system.
To verify you have received the email:
- Check your email inbox for a message from Mazlan Home.
- Check your spam or junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.
Requesting a new welcome email
If you have not received the welcome email, your IT administrator or site administrator can resend it.
To request a new welcome email:
- Contact your IT administrator or site administrator.
- Ask them to access the Admin Console page within the Mazlan Home portal.
- Request that they resend the welcome email to your account.
