Is there downtime?
The downtime will vary depending on your Ideagen solution. We will update you closer to your migration date.
Do I need to retrain my team?
The core functionality of your product remains exactly the same. The main changes are how you log in and navigate between apps. We’ll provide quick-start guides to help you adjust. You can find out more about the functionality of Hub in the Hub help pages
What about security?
Ideagen Hub operates on our most secure infrastructure yet, meeting the highest industry standards for data protection and compliance.
When will we get access to Ideagen Mazlan agentic AI
Speak to your account manager to discuss activating Mazlan on your account. There is no initial charge for this
How do I access Hub?
We’ll send you an email with all you need to know. Once you access Hub this is your command centre and gateway to all you Ideagen solutions, your Luminate customer portal and were you can take advantage of other Ideagen tools such as Ideagen Regulatory Intelligence and Mazlan AI.
