Why is my product name changing?

Ideagen solutions give you the clarity and confidence to put resilience into action. For us, this starts with our solution naming conventions.

We conducted independent research with customers, colleagues and stakeholders, and the feedback was clear: people want product names that accurately represent what the solution does and the value it delivers. By aligning your product with our naming conventions, we're introducing a name that better reflects its role, purpose and future vision. 

What changes can I expect?

When your product transitions to its new Ideagen name, you'll see updates to:

• Your solution name – aligned with Ideagen naming conventions 
• Product icons – refreshed to match Ideagen branding across your product, apps and customer portal
• Edition names – some products will also have an edition name to help distinguish them from other products in the solution

Here's what stays the same: The core features, performance and functionality you rely on every day remain unchanged. These updates are cosmetic only.

How will this affect you?

• Automatic updates: Most products will update automatically, requiring no action from users
• Upgrade-based updates: In some cases, changes will be applied during your next scheduled software upgrade
