The Regulatory Intelligence widget keeps you updated on relevant regulatory changes, eliminating the need to track multiple sources manually. It appears on your Hub dashboard and provides compliance updates tailored to your organisation.

Powered by Mazlan, Hub's AI layer, it uses Ideagen's proprietary regulatory knowledge base, offering curated updates and compliance information for your industry.

You can ask Mazlan questions in plain language, and it will retrieve answers from the knowledge base—no special search terms needed.

This article explains how to use the widget.

1. Asking a question

To ask a question:

1. Sign in to Ideagen Hub.
2. Find the Regulatory Intelligence widget.
3. Click Ask Mazlan.

4. Select a suggested question.
   Alternatively, you can type your question in the provided text box.

5. You may be asked to provide more details.
   Enter your response in the text box.

6. Mazlan will respond with the regulatory information accordingly.

7. You can ask further questions by entering your question in the text box.

2. Copying an answer

If Mazlan returns an answer you want to share outside of the widget, you can copy it.

To copy an answer, click Copy Text to copy the response to your clipboard.

3. Rating an answer

To rate an answer, click the Thumbs up or Thumbs down icon. Your feedback is used to improve future responses.

4. Viewing sources

To view the references and documents related to your regulatory query, click the Sources button.

5. Viewing previous menus

To return to a previous screen or menu, click Back.
