New user onboarding tour
First-time users are guided through a simple tour to get familiar with the Hub interface.
Single Sign-On to Help, Support, and Community
Ideagen Hub users can now seamlessly access Help, Support, and Community without the hassle of creating another account or logging in again.
Quick actions
One-click shortcuts to streamline your daily tasks (requires compatible integrated apps).
Security enhancements
Several security enhancements were introduced:
- New user role - A new role has been introduced to give Administrators more control:
- Support - Enables delegation of Tenant Administrator privileges to authorize Ideagen support personnel for troubleshooting and maintenance purposes.
- Password policy configuration - Customer Administrators can now define password policies tailored to their organization’s needs, including:
- Minimum password length
- Case sensitivity
- Requirements for numbers and special characters
- External IDP Configuration - New user interface for configuring external Identity available in Admin Console for Tenant Administrators.
Welcome email changes
Users created as inactive users initially will not receive any welcome email.
