Managing your apps

'My apps' is a section that serves as a central launch pad where you can access all your assigned solution instances through Single Sign-On (SSO).
This feature streamlines the user experience by providing one convenient location to launch solutions from, without requiring separate authentication.
1. Viewing your apps
There are two ways to view this handy section, each providing you with different options.
1.1. Homepage
To view your apps here, access Ideagen Hub. You will note them displayed in the widget on the left-hand side.
1.2. Apps
To view your apps here, access Ideagen Hub and click the:
- Apps option in the menu on the left.
- Get more apps button in the widget.
You will be taken to a page that lists all the apps you've been assigned.
2. Exploring other apps
On the Apps page, scroll down to the 'More apps from Ideagen' section to see the full suite of solution offerings available. This section is designed to help you explore additional tools and solutions that may support and enhance your current operations.
3. Integrating with Ideagen Learning
You can access Ideagen Learning through the 'My apps' section, which is available both on the homepage and within the dedicated apps page.
This ensures quick and convenient access to learning resources, regardless of where you are within Ideagen Hub.
