Dart Support Update

As previously communicated, Cruinn Diagnostics have agreed to terminate the software licensing agreement with Ideagen effective from the 1st July 2023. Ideagen will take back responsibility for all Dart products from this date. All contracts currently in place with Cruinn Diagnostics will transfer to Ideagen and will be supported by Ideagen support team as per the T&C’s of your contract.
Ideagen will be providing all on going customer support for the Dart products from 1st July, until that time please continue to contact Cruinn. From 1st July if you require support on any of the Dart products, please go to Ideagen Help to access support.
Any cases that you may have opened with Cruinn Diagnostics will be transferred to Ideagen support if not resolved before 1st July.
You will receive further correspondence from Ideagen in due course with further details. In the meantime, we would be most grateful if you could forward this notification to any other colleagues in your organisation to whom it may be applicable.

| Immediate | Renewal notifications | Cruinn will no longer be issuing any renewal notifications, with all renewal notifications going forward to be issued by Ideagen. |
| Immediate | Purchase orders | All purchase orders should now be sent to Ideagen, to include renewal notices already issued by Cruinn. For any current orders / renewals there is no requirement to issue a new purchase order if one has already been issued to Cruinn. |
| Immediate | Invoicing | Invoicing will follow the Purchase order. If the purchase order was issued to Ideagen, the invoice will be issued by Ideagen. If the purchase order was issued to Cruinn, the invoice will be issued by Cruinn. Immediate Payments Please make payments in line with the instructions included on the invoice. |
