1. Features

Instance assignment

Streamline access management by allowing upfront provisioning of users to the right application instances, reducing manual steps and onboarding time:

• Administrators can assign users to specific instances via User Management CSV import (in Admin Console). This ensures users only access permitted instances in Hub and are directed to the correct app instances.
• Administrators can set default instances for the organisation through Admin Console, Apps and Instances. This simplifies user setup, allowing administrators to assign default instances by setting a "default" value in the CSV import.

Welcome email settings

Choose whether standard users receive welcome emails during account creation, while admins still get notifications:

• Admins can enable or disable welcome emails for standard users via Settings (in Admin Console).
• Admins can send welcome emails to specific users or all users via User Management (in Admin Console).

Mazlan Customer Portal

Launch Mazlan’s Admin Portal for Mazlan configurations:

• For customers subscribed to Mazlan, administrators can access Mazlan's Customer Portal to manage agent configurations.
