Customers looking for content specific to their solution on Ideagen Luminate.

No special access or permissions are required.

Each area of Ideagen Luminate is solution-specific to make finding content you're interested in easier. You can access content for each solution in a few different ways.

This article outlines these different methods to help you get to the resources you need quicker.

1. Search function

The easiest way to find a solution is using the search function available in all areas.

Our search supports all names associated with each solution, both current and previous. If you're having trouble finding the right solution, try searching for its legacy name!

1.1. Home

To search for a solution:

1. Go to Ideagen Luminate.
2. Click the Search bar at the top of the page.

3. Enter the solution name.
   Remember that this can be its former name!
4. Click the relevant result.

You will be taken to the Community area of the solution, where you can get involved in the discussions or use the solution area tabs to navigate to other areas.

1.2. Areas

To search for a solution:

1. Go to Ideagen Luminate.
2. Select the content area you're interested in.
   In this example, we'll select Help.

3. Scroll down to the solution list.
4. Enter the solution name in the search bar.
   Remember that this can be its legacy name!
5. Click the relevant result.

6. Choose the right edition.
   If your solution doesn't have multiple editions, you will be taken directly to the content.

You will be taken to the selected area of the solution, where you can browse available content or use the solution area tabs to navigate to other areas.

2. Solution list

The other way to find a solution is the solution list available in all areas.

2.1. Cards

To search for a solution:

1. Go to Ideagen Luminate.
2. Select the content area you're interested in.
   In this example, we'll select Skills.

3. Scroll down to the solution list.
4. Find the solution in the available cards.
5. Click the relevant card.

6. Choose the right edition.
   If your solution doesn't have multiple editions, you will be taken directly to the content.

You will be taken to the selected area of the solution, where you can browse available content or use the solution area tabs to navigate to other areas.

2.3. Dropdown

If you'd like to view the same type of content for a different solution, you can use the dropdown available in the bar at the top of the page.

3. Solution area tabs

Once you've entered any solution-specific area, you can easily navigate between it and other areas using the tabs displayed in the bar at the top of the page.
