Through independent research we conducted with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders, we learned that our existing naming conventions were seen as inconsistent and sometimes confusing. This feedback was instrumental in our decision to update the product name. The transition to the new product names will take place from late August 2025 through early October 2025. After this date, the new name will appear in all communications, interfaces and resources. There will be some places where you’ll still see the legacy name for a while, as some things take a little longer to update, but we’re working to get everything done as quickly as possible.

No, the product’s features, performance and quality will stay exactly the same. This is purely a change to the name, designed to address the feedback about clarity and consistency while maintaining everything you love about the product.

You’ll also still be able to search in the Ideagen Luminate customer portal and App stores for legacy names for at least the next 18 months. We’re proud of our heritage, it’s not disappearing immediately.
