Creating offline copies of Help articles

No special access or permissions are required.
Due to the nature of highly regulated industries, we understand that some organisations may not be able to access online resources. This article shows you how you can create an offline copy of our content using the Print function.
1. Using the Print tool
To download an article:
- Go to the Help home page.
- Select the solution you're working with.
- Search for the article you need.
You can use the search bar or browse the available categories.
- Click the Print button.
- Select Save as PDF.
- Click Save.
When creating an offline backup that way, you will see a disclaimer at the top of the first page indicating that the content needs to be reprinted regularly to ensure accuracy.
